Real FIFO gains instead of a snapshot
The Trade Republic app shows you the gain since your last login. For an honest balance you need the real gain using First-In-First-Out across the full holding period. trade-insight calculates FIFO across all your trades and makes the result exportable. Parqet and Getquin also offer performance breakdowns, varying by plan.
Corporate actions and warrants booked correctly
Stock splits, reverse splits, mergers with a cash component and symbol changes are back-booked correctly in trade-insight. Warrants and knock-outs show up as one consolidated performance view across the whole warrant family, as their own buckets instead of fragmented per individual order. With the other trackers the level of detail depends on the plan.
Cashflow, earnings, news and privacy from one place
Dividends, interest and realised gains come together in one cashflow timeline, with the figures you need for your Anlage KAP (we don't compute your taxes). The earnings calendar bundles the quarterly dates of your watchlist, news is pulled from multiple sources and summarised in German. Your Trade Republic trades stay local in your browser, the server is in Germany. trade-insight is free and in beta.

What is the difference between trade-insight and the Trade Republic app?
The Trade Republic app is the broker and the account. trade-insight is a pure analysis tool on top: real FIFO gains across the full holding period, per-position drilldown, cashflow, earnings calendar and German news. We don't trade, we analyse your existing account.
How does trade-insight differ from Parqet and Getquin?
Parqet and Getquin are portfolio trackers as well. trade-insight focuses on real FIFO gains across all trades, correctly booked corporate actions and warrants, an earnings calendar and news summarised in German. The feature table above shows the differences, “partial” means it varies by plan, as of May 2026 based on the providers' public information, without warranty.
What does trade-insight cost?
Nothing. We are in beta, there is no premium model. We carry AI costs ourselves via a system key.
Does my data stay private?
Yes. Your Trade Republic events live locally in your browser's IndexedDB; with CSV upload everything stays in the browser. On a Trade Republic pull the server only keeps an anonymised recovery copy, auto-deleted after 14 days (names, IBANs, account numbers and email are removed first). Otherwise our server only holds your account and the encrypted API keys. Server at IONOS in Germany, data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR.
Can I use trade-insight in addition to my current tracker?
Yes. trade-insight reads your Trade Republic account via CSV upload or pytr sync and works regardless of whether you use another tracker in parallel. You don't need to switch anything off to try the analysis.
